My husband and I just had our second daughter (at 34 weeks) and she was diagnosed with Congenital CMV. We too saw echogenic bowel on the ultrasound (I was being monitored closely because of placenta previa) but it disappeared on the last ultrasound I had (two weeks prior to my water spontaneously breaking early).
